By making a purchase with us or visiting our website www.oneweave.in, you have unconditionally accepted our terms and conditions. We have the right to reassess and review these terms and conditions any time at our sole discretion. This site is possessed and operated by Pegasus Foodnest selling products under the brand name OneWeave. OneWeave is a venuture started to support and promote local Indian arts and crafts.

Discrepancies 

1. Visual discrepancies: We make sure each of our products are represented as close to the original as possible. However, discrepancy in colour, texture may appear depending upon the screen display.

2. Product discrepancies: Our products are handmade, and each product is unique. There could be slight imperfections in weave or prints but that is not to be considered as a defect. It is because of the nature of handmade of products.

Access: OneWeave.in gives you limited permissible access to the site – browse, send queries and make purchases. Permission does not include any resale or commercial use of site or its contents. You may not use oneweave.in logo or other graphic information without our consent. 

Pricing

1. The price of products listed on our website represent full price of the product and does not include the shipping cost.

2. With respect to products sold on oneweave.in, we charge you before initiating the shipping process.

3. Return or Refund is applicable only when the purchase is made on www.oneweave.in. Check out our Return and Refund Policy.

Shipping

1. Shipping destinations offered by oneweave.in will be updated from time to time.

2. We can only process one shipping address per order. If you would like to order multiple products to different addresses, please treat these as separate orders. We cannot ship to post office box addresses and we are not responsible for non-delivery of item due to wrong address provided at the time of purchase. 

Return and Refund

1. Request you to check our Return and Refund Policy. 

2. Please get in touch with us if wrong product is delivered or if the product is damaged. We request a video of product(s) while opening the main packaging to ask for a refund or return.

Sizing: Our kids’ clothes are designed for comfort and relaxed fit. Please review our sizing guide to choose the appropriate fit.

Product features and wash care 

1. All of OneWeave’s products are handcrafted using natural fabric. Slight variations in colour, weave and print are intrinsic to handmade products. 

2. Artists creating our products use traditional methods like handloom, vegetable dying, wood block prints, weaving and like. Our goal is to create products that are sustainable and are traditionally used in India.

3. Our kids clothing is made of pure handloom cotton and traditional methods of dyeing have been used. We suggest that our clothes be washed separately, preferably by hand using mild detergent. Soaking of Kalamkari clothes in salt water and rinsing well may arrest the colour bleed.  Dhurrie - To remove dust and debris, gently brush dhurrie on both sides. Use mild detergent to clean. Machine wash is not recommended due to the weight of the dhurrie.

We try and ensure that there are no errors in details, descriptions and pricing of our products. However, in case of any such errors, we reserve the right to correct the errors. We reserve the right to cancel or not fulfil any order placed by you based on such inaccurate information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms or return policies.
