All our products are hand crafted by artists from rural India using traditional methods. The beauty of handmade products is its uniqueness and creativity. Each of our product is unique and little imperfections on weaves, hand block prints should not be considered as a defect. Our products go through thorough Quality Checks and are shipped only in good condition.
Exchange/Return: A buyer can exchange or ask for a refund only in case of the following conditions.
1. Exchange/Return of Rug(s) is possible only if the wrong item is delivered or any item is missing or is damaged.
2. We request the buyer to send a video of the product at the time of opening the main packaging along with their claim for exchange or return.
3. Exchange is possible with any available product(s) at the time of exchange matching the product cost. In case of non-availability of the product, the product cost will be refunded.
4. The Item(s) should not be washed/used/altered/damaged after purchase/worn.
5. OneWeave reserves the right to decide whether the item(s) seem washed/used/altered/damaged after purchase/worn.
6. The Item(s) must be returned with the original packaging.
7. To initiate Exchange or Return, buyer must email to info@oneweave.in or call us on 98415 88743 within 48 hours of product delivery with following details – Order number, Invoice, video while opening the main packaging showing the reason for exchange or return.
8. Exchange or Return is possible only if the purchase is made via our official website www.oneweave.in.
Reverse Pick Up Conditions
1. Reverse Pick Up of Rug(s) will be initiated by us only if wrong item(s) is delivered or any item(s) is missing or is damaged and all above mentioned conditions are met.
2. Reverse Pick Up facility is not available outside India. Some of the pin codes are not available for Reverse pick up, in such case, buyer needs to return the item(s) back to us. The Reverse Shipping Address is same as the one mentioned in the invoice.
3. We request the buyer to safely pack and secure the item(s) to be returned to prevent any damage or loss during the transit.
4. In case of any discrepancy with regards to reverse pick up by our logistic partner, please get in touch with us immediately.
5. Refund or Exchange will be processed by us only after the item(s) is examined and meets the eligibility.
6. In case of Exchanges, new product will be dispatched within 3-5 business working days after we receive the earlier shipment.
7. If the buyer has self-shipped the item(s) and the package is lost in transit, no Refund is applicable.
No refund is available if the buyer provides incorrect delivery address/package is refused by the buyer.
